We discovered that our target groups find motivation in something else than just money.
They want to do a meaningful job. They want to have a mission. They are people like everyone else. They want to be inspired and entertained.
Standup comedy in your everyday channels
We decided that usual IT recruitment ads style is not the way to stand out. So we hired a well-known stand-up comedian, dressed him up in Nortal green bodysuit and put him in special roles. Roles that came straight from the big projects that Nortal has been working on.
